Good Morning Peyton

Documentary Short (Public Service)  |  5 min 23 sec  |  Director  |  2017

I directed this documentary short titled Good Morning Peyton for the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) and their "Do Your Share" (#DoYourShare) campaign. Peyton Madden struggles with the rare and life-threatening Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP), one of 7,000 rare diseases that makes him allergic to sunlight. The film follows Peyton, his family, and the town of El Dorado, Kansas, which flips its clocks from "PM to AM" to give Peyton a "day" he will remember for the rest of his life.
