Who's Afraid of Ai Weiwei? aired on PBS March 29 2011. This 18-minute documentary introduced American television audiences to Chinese artist Ai Weiwei.
Alison also contributed several films to the Emmy-nominated New York Time's Op-Doc series. She was also included in The New York Times' feature “20 Directors to Watch” alongside filmmaking talents like Barry Jenkins, Yorgos Lanthimos, Dee Rees, Terence Nance and Sarah Polley.
